Phillip has over 20 years of professional process experience covering engineering designs in Oil and Gas Productions and Petrochemical. His major emphasis has been on oil and natural gas processing, distillation, and offsite and utility. Phillip’s project scopes range from conceptual design and economic feasibility studies to complete detailed engineering design, commissioning, and start-ups for Onshore, Offshore, Fixed Platform, Floating Production Unit (FPU) and Floating Production Storage Offloading (FPSO).
