Tom Kellock

Tom Kellock has headed the offshore rig market consulting team since 2001.He has 40+ years of experience in the Upstream Energy  arena and has worked in operational and managerial roles for oilfield service companies around the globe and as a management consultant in Europe, North and South America and the Middle East. He was previously with ODS-Petrodata. Mr. Kellock earned a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Math from Oxford University, U.K., and a Master of Science in Business from the London Business School, University of London, U.K.
