Tracy Royce

Tracy Royce has been a part of the oil and gas industry as a regulatory professional for over 25 years working with Noble Drilling and Hercules in the offshore drilling community, and in his current position with SBM Offshore in offshore production units as well as the latter part of his 27 year U.S. Coast Guard career.  Tracy has been an integral part of global construction, commissioning, import/export and operations activities for drilling and production units and has experienced the varied intricacies of bringing units online from inside and outside of the industry.
