Business Development & Proposal Manager MODEC

Rodrigo Rocha is currently the Business Development and Proposal Manager for MODEC (Mitsui Ocean Development & Engineering Co.) in Brazil, responsible for engaging new projects and clients in the country. The company is the market leader in floating oil production units, currently operating 10 vessels in Brazil (FPSO / FSO), which process more than 20% of the total production of the country. With large experience in the oil and gas industry, before joining MODEC in 2015 Rodrigo worked with contracts management and business development in offshore drilling, shipbuilding and FPSO leasing and operation companies, including OSX Brasil S.A. and Schahin Petroleo e Gas. Rodrigo holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) with a post-graduation degree by the Brazilian Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels Institute (IBP).
