David Hartell has extensive onshore and offshore oil and gas developments experience including facilities engineering, construction, installation, project management, and production operations. His developments experience ranged from onshore remote locations to offshore deepwater locations. He has been responsible for managing subsurface asset, drilling and completion, and production operations teams. He developed Integrated Intelligent Operations (IIO) strategies for remote production facilities in Northwest Australia and the South Atlantic.  He has prepared Reliability, Operability, and Maintainability focused strategies with industry partners for remote monitoring and diagnostics, data analytics, visualisation including augmented reality / virtual reality, and integrated production management systems across subsurface assets, subsea facilities, and surface facilities.
