Ijeoma is a seasoned corporate attorney with vast experience in corporate and commercial law practice. Her practice is primarily in Nigeria but she has a good working knowledge of US Laws on Corporations, Contracts, and Antitrust/Competition. Ijeoma is a specialist in negotiating complex commercial contracts and settling commercial disputes through alternative dispute resolution.

Through her career journey, she has provided expert advice to corporations in Oil & Gas, Maritime, Real Estate and Business Services sectors. At her current position at Total E&P Nigeria Staff Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited, she is responsible for advising on specialized projects/transactions, project financing for various multi-structured projects, providing in-house legal services to commercial teams within the company as well as providing legal advisory services to the board. She is also the founder of The Attorney Practice which provides legal consultancy services for venture deals, tech startups, and Small-and-Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Ijeoma graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Lagos and has been called to the Nigerian Bar. She has been awarded an LLM (with honors) from the Pritzker School of Law, Northwestern University and has a Certificate in Business Administration from IE Law School (Madrid, Spain). She is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.

In her free time, she volunteers for Dreams & Focus Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides mentorship to, and supports the educational needs of, underprivileged students. Ijeoma loves to travel and make new friends.
