Mr. Fabrizio Pagnanelli, 43, married with two children, holds a Master in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bologna in Italy, a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Parma in Italy and an EMBA in International Business from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands. He has mainly worked in the Automotive and Aerospace industries, in different roles as Group Leader Structural Calculation and Senior Project Manager – Design. Since 2016 he has been working for E+S GmbH, which is part of the Industrial Fluid Solutions division of Continental AG.  Mr Pagnaneli is the Head of Engineering for the product groups - Seawater Intake Systems, Dredge, Mining and Deep Sea Mining.
