Hannah Chua is a Legal Director in Clyde & Co’s Energy, Marine and Natural Resources team in the Singapore office. She was called to the Singapore bar in 2013 and has since amassed extensive experience acting for and advising a variety of clients in the industry, including leading commodity trading firms, shipowners and charterers. She often assists international oil & gas clients in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex sales contracts (including for long-term time charterparties for LNG carriers), bills of lading, charterparties and standard trading terms. Hannah has also personally worked closely with clients on a large-scale LNG project involving long-term time charterparties of LNG-fuelled bulk carriers and master sale and purchase agreements for LNG bunkers, from the preparing draft tenders to the successful conclusion of all relevant contracts.
