Paul Collier is a Legal Director at Clyde & Co. Paul spent 9 years in Clyde’s & Co’s London office before relocating to Clyde & Co's Singapore office in 2019. Paul’s practice focuses on shipping and international trade matters, particularly those relating to charterparties, shipbuilding and commodity sale contracts. Paul has particular expertise in relation to bunkering and fuel matters and has written several articles on this area. Paul has also been involved in industry panels concerning bunkering, including moderating the panel discussion at SIBCON 2022 on bunker fuel quality. Paul’s experience in relation to LNG matters includes advising on the wording of LNG time charterparties, LNG shipbuilding contracts and LNG MSPAs, as well as advising on several high value LNG disputes.
