Normando Medeiros is a Civil and Petroleum Engineer with 24 years of FPSO Operations Management experience across the full lifecycle of deepwater assets. His career integrates end‑to‑end asset stewardship with executive leadership of large, multidisciplinary offshore organizations, combining deep technical expertise in oil and gas processing, commissioning, construction, asset integrity systems and decommissioning. He has led multicultural teams and complex JV structures in Brazil, Malaysia, Singapore, China, and Namibia, guiding organizations from greenfield development to stable operations. At CNPC Brasil, he serves as Senior Advisor to pre‑salt non‑operated assets (Búzios, Libra, Aram, Equatorial Margin) and leads the company’s Operatorship Strategy.
