Mr. Rodrigo holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a Master’s in Business Administration in Economics and Management. Rodrigo has 12 years of experience at Ocyan with management and operations activities.

Mr. Rodrigo joined Ocyan as Trainee Engineer in 2011 and worked on the project and construction of two drillships (ODN I and ODN II) at DSME Shipyard, in South Korea. Rodrigo built an extensive experience in asset operations once he assumed positions as Operations Engineer and Assistant Rig Manager.

In 2019, he joined the Technology and Innovation team as a Manager, where he oversaw projects focused on rig upgrades and led initiatives for a Digital Transformation Program in the organization.

Mr. Rodrigo assumed the position of Technology and Digital Manager in 2021, where he was responsible for identifying internal opportunities and bringing external opportunities focused on operational efficiency, mainly linked to digitization. At this position, Rodrigo was responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and validating key strategic technologies for Ocyan.

Since February 2023, Mr. Rodrigo was appointed Digital Business and Technology Executive manager responsible for strengthen Ocyan’s commercial position and increase revenues with Digital Solutions and technology services.
