This session will examine innovative approaches to FPSO financing
involving an equipment-based financing model. The model aims
to maximise support from Export Credit Agencies on the basis of
the origin of the sourced equipment for the FPSO. With this
model, key stakeholders such as vessel contractors, shipyards and
equipment suppliers stand to gain benefits in terms of access to
new long-term financing sources and optimisation of all-in
financing costs.
