This session will examine Dockwise’s Joint Industry Project
which studies the feasibility of offshore dry docking of FPSO’s
using the Dockwise Vanguard. The session will
look at engineering aspects of offshore operations such as
submerging and relative motions between Vanguard and FPSO.
Lastly, the session will look into mooring aspects and the possibility
of leaving the FPSO connected to her turret and risers while being
dry docked.
