is a Senior Analyst in Wood Mackenzie's Latin America Upstream Research team,
based in Rio de Janeiro. Luiz's research efforts are focused on the coverage of offshore assets in
Brazil, Guyana, Argentina and Falklands.
Luiz joined
Wood Mackenzie in 2014. Since then, Luiz has developed a deep understanding of
technical, commercial, fiscal and regulatory aspects of oil and gas
developments, with a special interest in the Brazilian pre-salt and other high
impact deepwater developments.
Luiz
completed his studies in Petroleum Engineering in the Universidade Federal do
Rio de Janeiro and the University of Southern California.
