General Manager - Technical Bumi Armada

Alan Wallace has spent his 39 year career in the oil and gas sector, predominantly with one of the major operators. As an Asset Management professional, he has applied this knowledge and experience in drilling, well engineering, upstream, downstream and manufacturing. His earlier career was spent in the field, operating and maintaining offshore assets in UK North Sea. For the last 20 years, he has focused on delivering Operational Excellence, Asset Integrity, Operations, Maintenance and Reliability improvement projects. He is currently Vice-Chair of the Energy Institute in Malaysia.
