Director, Project Financing MUFGMr. Arthur Tay joined MUFG Project Finance team in 2007 and has over 20 years of banking experience in project finance and corporate banking. Since joining MUFG, he has been involved in the financing of projects across the power, oil & gas, petrochemical, mining and infrastructure industries. Arthur has led the financing of offshore projects in Asia for MUFG, since the Kangean FPSO in Indonesia to the Barossa FPSO financing.
