A civil engineering graduate from the University of Waterloo in Canada, and a registered engineer in the Province of Alberta, Canada, Mr. Sim has spent almost his entire career in oil and gas working for engineering contractors, drilling contractors and FPSO contractors. He has been based in Canada, Norway, the UK and for the past 14 plus years - Singapore. He has held several top management positions in FPSO companies such as Prosafe, BW Offshore, Yinson Production and Rubicon where he presently serves as Chief Operating Officer responsible for all projects and offshore operations in the company.
