Mathieu Kissin

Managing Director Liberian Registry

Mathieu Kissin is Managing Director of the Liberian Registry in Singapore, overseeing Southeast Asia. Mathieu joined the Registry in 2014, initially working in its US and Luxembourg offices, the latter of which he continues to oversee from Singapore. Mathieu assists ship owners, ship managers, government administrations and other shipping industry stakeholders on a range of matters pertaining to Liberian, Luxembourgish, EU and international maritime regulations. Mathieu holds a B.A. in Political Science from York University, Glendon College, M.Sc. in Political Science from the Université de Montréal, B.C.L. and LL.B from McGill University and LL.M in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton. Mathieu is a member of the Bar in England & Wales, Paris, Ontario and Québec.
