Vice President, Technology Bluewater Energy Services BV

Peter Burger holds the position of Vice President Technology (CTO) being a member of the BLUEWATER Management Team. He has over 27 years of professional experience in the offshore energy sector and in particular Single Point Mooring Systems and FPSOs. Peter joined BLUEWATER in 1994 as an engineer, climbing up the ladder to senior project and executive management positions. He left BLUEWATER for a couple of years to join HEEREMA as Senior Project Manager for the design and delivery of their Deepwater Construction Vessel AEGIR. Peter returned to BLUEWATER as Vice President late 2012, now being responsible for Technology Development, Engineering, Subcontracting and Procurement. Peter has a degree in Industrial Automation and Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA.
