Ragnhild is currently VP for Operations for OKEA. Prior to her current position, she was the Operations Maanger for FPSO Petrojarl Varg in Norway from 2012-2016, where she was responsibly for daily operations of the FPSO at Varg Field, including HSE results, budget results, contract responsibility, single point of contact vs Operator Talisman/Repsol, regulatory compliance and human relations/personnel responsibility. Before that, she was the Operations Manager for FPSO Petrojarl I from 2010-2012 and also a Senior Process Engineer with Teekay for nine years. She has also worked as a process engineer with Aker Engineering and Reinertsen Engineering Ans.
