Staff Technical Professional Floating Structure Petronas

Tong Wen Jie has been with PETRONAS for 15 years and currently holds the position of Staff Technical Professional in Floating Structure. He has been involved in projects for new and matured assets such as execution phase of deepwater Gumusut Kakap FPS semi-submersible, secondment to construction of PFLNG-2, decommissioning of MOPU Sepat and FSO Sepat, structural integrity assurance audits, and development of digital/technology initiatives such as Floater concept (FAST-Floater Assessment Selection Tool) and FSIMP. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UTP (Malaysia) and currently pursuing Mphil in Marine Technology from UTM (Malaysia).
