David Gleave is the General Manager, Operations and board member of MODEC Production Services Ghana JV Ltd. He is a solutions-oriented business leader with in-depth operational experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. An Engineer by profession with twenty-eight years of experience in the industry, Dave has held leadership and managerial roles in New Zealand, Vietnam and Ghana where he has led Change and Business Transformational projects, ensured facility integrity, managed client/contractor interfaces and overseen Vessel and Operations management, among others.

Dave is a believer in building local capabilities within the oil and gas industry as well as harnessing the value that diversity offers. Prior to joining MODEC Inc., Dave spent over fifteen years with Teekay Navion Offshore Loading Pte Ltd. (in Singapore and Spain) in various engineering roles on several sizes and types of Oil Tankers.
