Dipo has over 16 years’ experience in investment banking and finance, as a sector agnostic specialist in capital markets (equity and debt) and M&A in sub-Saharan Africa. Over his career, Dipo has been involved in transactions in excess of US$2 billion, including advising on the recent acquisitions of two FPSOs (the Front Puffin and Armada Perdana) by Century Group.

Prior to joining BHO, Dipo was Head of Equity Capital Markets at FBN Marchant Bank (previously FBN Capital) where he was responsible for championing the firm’s Financial Sponsor coverage strategy. In this role, he managed relationships with a number of Africa-focused financiers based in London, Lagos, Paris and Johannesburg.

Dipo has a BA from the Lagos State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
