He oversees commercial activities, ensuring profitability, and managing crude and gas supply domestically and internationally. Joseph holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Petroleum Engineering, and a PhD from the University of Port Harcourt. A COREN-registered engineer, he is active in several professional organizations and is recognized for his expertise in energy markets, strategic planning, and cost optimization.
