He combines deep technical expertise in well engineering with proven leadership in delivering large-scale projects, managing high-value contracts, and driving strategic operational outcomes. Over the course of his career, he has led deepwater well projects within large-scale developments from concept selection through execution, consistently delivering results aligned with safety, cost efficiency, and production performance. Beyond engineering execution, Justus is recognized for driving innovation and operational transformation. He has led the development and deployment of high-impact technologies, including Single Trip Completion and Remotely Operated Completion Systems (ROCS), as well as advanced sand control and stimulation solutions. These innovations have improved operational efficiency, reduced non-productive time, and delivered significant cost savings while increasing well productivity.
