Neklim, a graduate in Civil Engineering with a master’s degree in Road and Civil Construction, and posse technical course in Finance and Accounting, Logistics and Supply Chains, Design, Operations, boasting over 9 years of valuable experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

He successfully completed course in a 1-year Basic Engineering Course in the Oil and Gas Industry, facilitated by Eni, both in Mozambique and Italy. This program enhanced his analytical skills and equipped him with comprehensive proficiency in contractual and procurement matters, LNG Supply Chain dynamics, as well as Project Management. His expertise in Contract and Procurement spans across Exploration & Production Activities, encompassing Upstream, Midstream, and downstream aspects.

In 2023, he was distinguished as keynote professional Speaker at the FPSO Africa Congress 2023 in Cape Town, South Africa, and another event in Malaysia – Kuala Lumpur. Presently, he is employed at Mozambique Rovuma Venture SpA, where it plays a pivotal role as the Operator of Area 4 block in the Rovuma Basin.
