Tajudeen Adebayo is Supply Chain Delivery Head (Logistics) at Shell Nigeria, supporting the deepwater and offshore business across production, drilling and greenfield and brownfield projects. A logistics and supply chain strategist with 29 years in the energy industry, he has led strategic contract and budget management, stakeholder relations with industry regulators and host communities, and project delivery. In 2015 he led a team of more than 50 as Logistics Delivery Manager for Shell's Alaska exploration drilling campaign. He is a Shell Logistics Technical Authority, holds a Master's in Urban Logistics and Transport Management, and is a CIPS-certified supply professional. At FPSO Africa Congress 2027, he shares how supply chains deliver Africa's deepwater projects.
