Dr. Aya is an energy specialist with more than 15 years of experience. She holds a bachelor in engineering, a master’s degree, and a Ph.D. in Offshore Technology from the University of Stavanger, Norway. Her interests concern asset management, energy markets, and asset optimization. She has been working in the energy sector within the field of asset integrity, technology, decision-making, and data analytics. While involving herself in the industry, she has been actively researching asset integrity and optimization, sustainability of the energy market and market behaviour in the traditional hydrocarbon and renewable sectors. Over the years, she has been actively publishing research papers and becoming a presenter at various conferences and seminars.
