Mr. Wang Haibing graduated from Gansu University of Technology in June 1998, with major in Welding technology and equipment. He has been working in the company (YCRO) since then and involved in Marine engineering, construction, production management, project management, R&D and Marketing.

He had been a site engineer and supervisor from 1998 to 2004. From year 2004 to 2008 he had been the project manager, and manages the two projects’ Design and construction work. He had been the manager of Production Outfitting Department from 2009 to 2012. He had been the manager of Drilling Project Management Department from 2012 to 2014. He had been the manager of Offshore Technology Development Department from 2014 to 2017. He has been the assistant director of Marketing Department since 2018 to now.

2014~2017, manager of Offshore Technology Development Department, manages the work of drilling Facilities R&D of BT5000 series deepwater semi-submersible drilling platforms, BT350 series jack-ups, BT300 series jack-ups, BT150 series jack-ups, FPSO modulations and integration, (F)LNG facilities etc.

2012~2014, manager of Drilling Project Management Department, managed the work of drilling facility lifecycle management of many projects, such as JU2000 series 400ft jack-ups, GM4-D series shallow-water semi-submersible drilling platforms, D90 series Ultra deepwater semi-submersible drilling platforms.

2009~2012, manager of Production Outfitting Department, managed the outfitting work of the mid-deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform of COSL series platforms, Schahin Brazil series deepwater semi-submersible drilling platforms, SSCV1&2 deepwater semi-submersible living & lifting platform, SuperM2 series 300ft jack-ups, Saipem deepwater pipe-lay vessel.

2004~2008, project manager of 174 meter FSO and Ultra deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform D90, and managed the two projects’ Design and construction work.

1998~2004, as a site engineer and supervisor, participated in building 88 meters yacht, 74 meters ROV support vessel, MODEC 210m FSO, 3800 tons Heave Life and pipelay vessel, 48 meters diving support vessel and other projects
