Anson International is formed through a joint venture between the Government of His Majesty The Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Negara Brunei Darussalam via the Ministry of Finance and Economy, with local partner – Qaswa Holdings Sdn Bhd, and reputable Foreign Direct Investors namely CessCon Decomm Limited from the United Kingdom and Dongil Shipyard Co. Ltd from the Republic of Korea.
As the first integrated Marine Maintenance Yard and Decommissioning Yard in Brunei Darussalam, Anson International represents a significant investment towards the development of Brunei's maritime industry. The two yards will offer state-of-the-art infrastructure and specialised services tailored to the evolving needs of Brunei’s oil and gas sector and the project shall be developed in several phases throughout its course.
The first phase will primarily focus on vessel maintenance and repair and environmentally responsible Decommissioning Practices. The second phase will expand into specialized solutions for companies who are ready to embark on their energy transition journey.
