He has over 25 years’ experience advising on major energy and infrastructure projects, and has extensive experience on deepwater and ultra-deepwater FPSO and FLNG projects globally. Owain advises project developers, lenders and investors on many of most significant FPSO and FLNG projects in the current market, including the South Andaman project in Indonesia, the Cambo project in the UK, the Sea Lion project in the Falkland Islands, upcoming FPSO projects in Brazil, and the world’s largest FLNG project in the US Gulf of Mexico.
